Ingredients
| 3 lb | Golden Potatoes |
| 8 oz | Cream Cheese |
| 8 oz | Sour Cream |
| 6 tbsp | Butter |
| 0.25 tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 0.25 tsp | Ground Black Pepper |
| 0.5 cup | Shredded Sharp Cheddar |
Just Before You Start

Instructions
- Peel & Quarter Potatoes
- Boil for 20 minutes or until tender then strain
- In large mixing bowl (Kitchen Aid is easiest) Combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic powder and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Don't over-mix, they will get gluey.
- Pour into buttered (greased) (2qt or 9x13) baking dish and top with shredded sharp cheddar.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350º F for 45 minutes
- Uncover and bake for 15 final minutes
